Coffee Hour Hosts Duties

  • Make coffee (Directions are posted in the kitchen)
  • Boil water for hot drinks; put water in carafe; put carafe on table with coffee pots
  • Set out a snack; select from food available at the Fellowship; or you may bring a snack to share.  (Please remember you are not obligated to purchase or bake a snack.  Keep in mind, you are not expected to feed an army.  A nice nibble size portion of a snack is perfect.)
  • Please bring a healthy snack and drink for approx. 7 children (gluten-free if possible)
  • After service, once most people have left, please clean up.  Please put away any leftover food; collect dirty dishes; wash dishes including the coffee pots; put dishes away.
  • If you are the last one in the building, please use the key in the lock box to lock the building when you leave.

In the event you are unable to fulfill your coffee hour host duties, please contact someone on the list and offer to switch dates.  Thank you!
