collects for Life Crisis

Donations are being accepted at UUFS starting Sunday, December 13 and ending Sunday, December 20, 2009

We will be collecting donations of the below listed
items for Life Crisis this year. Help us make someone’s
Holiday Season special!

Snow shovel
Shower curtains and bath mats
Twin sheets
Various sized batteries
Pillows
Gift cards to any location (i.e., Chuck E Cheese, Wal-
Mart, Regal Cinemas, etc.)

Social Action Committee – UUFS
We will be accepting donations from December 13th—
December 20th. We want to deliver the items to the
Center on Monday, December 21st.

Anyone wishing to provide a cooked dinner for Christmas
Eve delivery, please contact Tina at Life Crisis in
advance to let her know
