For UUFS and Friends
This is an invitation to join UUFS members and other interested local bikers for a leisurely monthly bike ride. The date is the second Thursday of the month, starting at 10AM. We generally cover about ten miles, ending with either a lunch at a nearby restaurant or a brown bag picnic. Members of the group take turns planning interesting rides, often incorporating scenic or other attractions in our route. While we may bike in other Maryland counties or Delaware, in the winter we bike closer to home, often local Salisbury neighborhoods.
Some trips we’ve made this year are a tour of the park in Salisbury, a ride around the Cambridge waterfront with a round trip to Horn Point, and a ride through the pretty countryside near Eden with a stop at a local winery.
